Officer's private purchase Waffenrock from Inf. - Regt. Von Voigts - Rhetz (3. Hannoversches) Nr.79 X. Armee Korps. The tunic is an extremely high quality Dunkelblau doe-skin wool with black silk lining. The GIBRALTAR cuff title was bestowed on the Regt on 24.01.1901 by HM Kaiser Wilhelm II for service by this Regt on Gibraltar from 1775 to 1783

The cuff title is yellow hand-embroidered on blue wool and of a much higher quality than the enlisted example. The Brandenburg cuff is piped in light blue, correct for the X Armee-Korps Hannover.
