Württemberg Ulan Regiment 20
Officer's M10 Ulanka

Private purchase Officer's Ulanka from Ulanen-Regt. König Wilhelm I. (2. Württ) Nr. 20 Ludwigsburg XIII .Armee-Korps. The Ulanka is a high quality feldgrau ribbed material, similar to twill, with yellow piping. All buttons are light grey as this unit wore silver buttons on the Dunkelblau Ulanka and are of the M1910 raised rim crown pattern. The tunic has a machine woven Stuttgart makers label on the grey silk lining. The tunic is displayed with a Württemberg Officer's brocade belt and a 1916 dated Luger holster.

The shoulder boards are the Model 1910 Officer's pattern for Württemberg Ulan Regiment 20. Note the loops for a medal/ribbon bar on the right (your left) of the chest. Only Ulan tunics placed the medal/ribbon bars on this side. All other units placed medal/ribbon bars on the left.
