Ship's History:
The Deutschland Served as fleet flagship until 1912. She fought as part of II Geschwader as the flagship of Konteradmiral F. Mauve at the battle of Jutland (Skagerak) on 31 May to 01 June 1916. Due to her age, she became barrack ship 1917 and was finally deleted from the Navy List on 25 January 1920. She met with a rather inglorious end, the former flagship of the High Seas Fleet was finally scrapped at Wilhelmshaven from 1920 to 1922.
