And now the Propellers....
With all these errors with the VTH plans, I suspected that the area where the propellers fit was going to be incorrect. After hours of trying to get the propellers to line up, I gave up and made a jig. This allowed the hull to be perfectly straight and get the props in the correct location at the correct height.

As Expected.....
With the jig holding the propellers in the correct location, I made a cardboard propeller to check the placement. As I expected, there was insufficient room for the propellers. Yay.

First Attempt
I attempted to sand the hull down to accommodate the propellers, but this removed so much material that it ended up going straight through the hull. So be it. I removed those sections and glued in some pine block that I could carve to obtain the correct shape.
